Whichever of the 3 1⁄2 to 5 1⁄2-room apartments of the first phase you choose, they all enjoy a maximum of privacy, intelligently arranged layouts and superb views of the lake and mountains beyond. The overall project foresees a total of 12 residences in three phases. There are four different types of residence, each facing a different direction and each containing apartments of different sizes – a concept that optimises the amount of space between the buildings and thus makes the most of the beautiful views on offer. The park-like core of the development is a sign of the developer’s desire to offer as much space as possible.
